1.Bản sao Giấy chứng nhận ĐKKD của công ty mẹ tại nước sở tại (01 bản được hợp thức hoá lãnh sự và công chứng dịch ra Tiếng Việt)
2.Bản Điều lệ hoặc Nội quy hoạt động của công ty mẹ tại nước sở tại (01 bản dịch Tiếng Việt)


3.Hộ chiếu hoặc CMND công chứng của người được bổ nhiệm làm Trưởng văn phòng đại diện tại Việt Nam (01 bản chứng thực nhà nước)
4.Hợp đồng thuê trụ sở của VPĐDtại Hà Nội (01 bản gốc)
5.Báo cáo tài chính trong 02 năm gần nhất đượck cơ quan kiểm toán xác nhận (02 bản đượchợp thức hhoá lãnh sự và công chứng dịch ra Tiếng Việt)

The document that you have to prepare for establish Representative in Vietnam should be:
1.The copy of the Certification of Business Registration of your company must be certified by the Notary Office of Vietnam or Diplomatic Representative Office, The Consulate Office of Vietnam in your country and translate into Vietnamese and be certified in Vietnam)
2.Your company regulation or operation intramural-regulation (01 copy is translated into Vietnamese)
3.Passport or Identification of the person who is appointed Representative Officer and is transtated into Vietnamese and certified it.
4.The lease (rent) house contract to set up Representative Office in Hanoi (01 Original)
5.Finance Statement in last 02 years is confirmed by Audit Company (02 copy is certified by Consulate Office and translate into Vietnamese)
