(Set up trading company in Vietnam )

I/- SET UP COMPANY:



You can choose one of these forms:
1/- Set up joint stock company (Vietnamese and Foreigners):
the fee to set up is: $ US2300
2/- Set up Vietnam trading company (only Vietnamese):
The fee to set up is: $US120
3/- Set up Representative office in Vietnam:
The fee to set up is: $US400US.
II/- NEEDED DOCUMENTS
1/- Joint stock company is very simple to prepare, just need some documents like: the Identification of Vietnamese and passport of foreigner (copy and certified by Notary office of Vietnam).
2/- Vietnam trading company is very simple, just need to supply the identification of Vietnamese (copy and certified).
3/- Representative office in Vietnam: The document that you have to prepare for establish Representative in Vietnam should be:
The copy of the Certification of Business Registration of your company must be certified by the Notary Office of Vietnam or Diplomatic Representative Office, The Consulate Office of Vietnam in your country and translate into Vietnamese and be certified in Vietnam)
Company regulation or operation intramural-regulation (01 copy is translated into Vietnamese)
Passport or Identification of the person who is appointed Representative Officer and is transtated into Vietnamese and certified it.
The lease (rent) house contract to set up Representative Office in Hanoi (01 Original)
Finance Statement in last 02 years is confirmed by Audit Company (02 copy is certified by Consulate Office and translate into Vietnamese)
III/- REGARDING TAX:
Because the trading company so we have to pay import and export tax, but the detail tax rate I will send to you a tax list. This list just Vietnamese only. Please give me a couple days I will translate this list into English.
More detail, tomorrow after meeting with the Law company you be able to make decision and we will discuss the detail.
IV/- THE COMPANY PLACE:
You can set company in my house, so you no need to rent another place to wast money.
V/- THE COMMODITIES TO TRADE
Because I don’t know the market in Malaysia and some of other countries, so you should think about this. And regarding Vietnam market I want to show you some of my ideals like below.
